You need to chill out.  放鬆一下

When I'm feeling stressed, chilling out with some soothing music helps me relax.

I haven't been sleeping very well. I have so much revising to do for my exams.

I've got assignments to write, exams to take – and look at my house, it's a mess, I've got to tidy up.

When you tell someone to take a chill pill, you are telling them to calm down and relax.  

Students are stressed about their exams but Sandra always has some friendly advice that could help them calm down and relax.

I think I'll go shopping, get my hair done and maybe book a holiday. There's no point worrying about this silly exam.
